Specifically formulated for periorbital hyperpigmentation which refers to the discolouration of the under-eye area, usually a dark brown or black colour, as opposed to vascular circles which tend to be purple in colour. It contains 3 potent depigmenting ingredients that regulate the melanin formation process at different stages to visibly reduce under-eye shadows, leaving the eye contour brighter and rejuvenated.
Completely non-irritating which makes it ideal for the delicate eye area, Cebelia Eye Brightening does not contain Alpha-Hydroxy Acids or natural fruit acids which can cause reactions and has a pH close to the skin’s. The active ingredients were selected to combine maximum efficiency with high tolerance. For example, Niacinamide (Vitamin PP), helps strengthen the skin barrier, thereby reducing the risk of irritation from the other active ingredients.

- Pekaline (patented innovation) – Inhibits PKA and acidifies the pH in melanosomes.
- Stabilised Vitamin C – Inhibits tyrosinase, and consequently the formation of melanin, while reducing oxidized melanin levels.
- Niacinamide (vitamin PP) – active form of vitamin B3. This vitamin inhibits the transfer of melanosomes (produced by melanocytes) to keratinocytes, thus controlling pigmentation. It also reduces the risk of irritation by strengthening the skin barrier.
