Gift Card Policy

1. Validity:

• Gift cards are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
• The expiration date will be clearly stated on the gift card and cannot be extended.

2. Purchase and Redemption:

• Gift cards can be purchased in our salon or through our online store.
• After purchasing online, customers must contact our team to arrange a convenient time for pickup.
• Gift cards can be used towards any service or product offered at our salon.
• Gift cards are non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the bearer of the card.

3. Refunds and Exchanges:

• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of payment.
• Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced or refunded.
• Any unused balance on the gift card after its expiration date will be forfeited.

4. Usage Terms:
